Three-room pavilion with mezzanine, terrace (with barbecue) and south-west-facing veranda, located 250 metres from the beach. There is a reserved parking space in the residence. Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. There is reversible air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom. Wi-Fi is included.

Bed linen and/or towels are available to hire upon reservation.

Ground floor: veranda; living room with two armchairs and a television with French channels; fitted and equipped kitchen with a three-drawer fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a Senseo pod coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, etc.; air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a wall-mounted television; separate shower room and toilet. There is no washing machine, but there is a laundrette 250 metres away.
There is a large terrace with a barbecue, a gas plancha and an outdoor shower.
There is a reserved parking space in front of the villa.

Upstairs is one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a fan, a small television and a mezzanine with a desk area.
