This attractive 2-room apartment with wonderful panoramic sea views and air conditioning in the bedroom is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a small, detached residential complex in the first row, just 30 metres across the promenade from the wide, fine sandy beach. No lift, but south-east facing with a magnificent sunrise over the sea and shade in the afternoon.

Free non-private parking in the neighbourhood.

Small balcony with awning, smart TV (German and French channels) and free WiFi, separate bedroom with roller shutters and large Lattoflex comfort double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), third sleeping accommodation for children on a fold-out clic-clac sofa (120 cm x 180 cm). Fully equipped kitchen ([hidden] Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob). Lockable storage room for bicycles directly at the residence.

Free parking spaces on the street in front of the house and in side streets, bus stop approx. 500 m away. Restaurants, bars, shops ([hidden] supermarket, baker, butcher, boutiques) within walking distance. The residence is relatively quiet, located approx. 350 m from the centre and only 250 m from miles of natural sandy beaches at the beginning of the La Clape nature reserve.

Within a radius of 2-6 km, there are diving, sailing and surfing schools, a kite surfing spot, a jet ski school and rental, a riding school, wineries with tastings and fine dining ([hidden] l'Hospitalet), excellent cycling and hiking trails in La Clape (except in July and August), and great fish and weekly markets in Narbonne-Plage, St. Pierre La Mer and the old town of Gruissan. Modern leisure pools for children (including a giant slide) or adults (including sauna, whirlpool, massages, fitness, swimming school for children...). Welcome on the Côte du Midi!
