This lovely and brand new house offers a private pool and is located in a peaceful area only 12km north from Béziers, at the gates of the splendid medieval village of Murviel. The charming seaside resorts of Valras and the Cap d’Agde are less than 25km, just like the Orb river (equipped with beaches), Pézenas, Cessenon, Saint-Chinian and Roquebrun. You can discover the stunning Canal du Midi and enjoy rinding on its banks or playing golf at Saint Thomas (25km). Do not miss Carcassonne, only 1 hour’s drive, and especially its renowned citadel. A water sports center is 5km away and for the History lovers, there are many abbeys, castles and museum less than 20km.
