On the shores of Lac des Settons (swimming, fishing, rowing, canoeing) with breathtaking views, and at the starting point of the GR13 and GR de Pays hiking trails. Garden and terrace overlooking the lake. Parking and garage. On the ground floor: large living room with flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm), and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm). Each bedroom has its own bathroom (toilet, washbasin, and shower). No Wi-Fi, but good mobile network coverage. The adjacent gîte H58G028448 (sleeps 4) can be rented separately. Electric vehicle charging is not available at the gîte.
