This house is ideal for getting together with family or friends, enjoying nature, peace, and relaxation in this spacious and comfortable cottage in the heart of the Morvan region, 2 km from Lac des Settons (800m walk via the GR hiking trail). Part of the cottage is certified for accessibility for people with disabilities.

Weekend stays: arrival Friday 5 pm and departure Sunday 4 pm.

Weekly stays: arrival 5 pm and departure 9:30 am.

Bed linen is provided, and beds are made upon arrival.

Oil heating and electricity are included. Firewood is provided free of charge.

The ground floor comprises: a large, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms (one with a TV and video games (Wii)), and a large living room with three sofas around a wood-burning fireplace and a TV; a dining room for 15 people; four spacious bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed); three toilets; and two spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and the possibility of independent access (one bedroom with a sitting area and a spacious mezzanine with two single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom, and a separate toilet; one bedroom with a double bed (140x190) with a kitchenette/dining area, a bathroom, and a single bed (90x190) on a mezzanine; and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160) with a bathroom and a single bed (90x200) on a mezzanine).

Large enclosed garden 3500 m² with garden furniture, barbecue, swing, ping pong table, soccer goal, basketball hoop, badminton... Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Nearby: Gouloux waterfall, Autun, Château-Chinon, Saulieu, Vézelay, Beaune, and Dijon. Numerous sporting activities: rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding, sailing, canoeing, hiking...
