In the quiet setting of a small village, with a front courtyard for parking, entrance to a large, bright living room including a large fitted and equipped kitchen, a large living room divided into several relaxation areas with a large TV and internet access; direct access to the terrace with garden furniture under a pergola and a relaxing lounge with no overlooked views; a large (unfenced) garden where you can stroll with hammocks and deckchairs, perfect for relaxing; and a pétanque court nearby. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet with a washbasin; as well as a bedroom (1 bed 160x200) and its private bathroom (toilet and large shower). Upstairs there are 2 sleeping areas on either side of the walkway offering a view overlooking the living room: on one side a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and its private bathroom (toilet and large shower): on the other side 2 bedrooms each equipped with 2 beds 80x200 which can be twinned on request into 1 bed 160x200 + 2 convertible sofas 160 equipped with a very comfortable mattress, sharing a bathroom (large shower) and a separate toilet. On the garden level there is the last bedroom with independent access from the garden: a partly vaulted bedroom (cellar) with its private bathroom (toilet and large shower). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed free of charge (€100 deposit).
