28 m² studio located on the 4th floor with lift, 550 m from the center, the PLENEY slopes (MORZINE / LES GETS area) and the SUPER MORZINE cable car (AVORIAZ access). Balcony facing south. Nice view.

Entrance with cupboard and 2 single bunk beds (70x190). Shower room with WC (washing machine). Living room (bay window) kitchen area (4 electric hobs, oven, 120 l fridge, dishwasher, microwave), double sofa bed (130x190). Tiled floor.
Collective fuel heating. Ski locker. Category 2 stars. Plan K9.
Parking exterior no nominative.
