Gite Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, studio flat, 2 persons - FR-1-426-484

Independent studio for 2 people located on the banks of the Sèvre River. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living/dining/kitchen area with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). A shared outdoor area with the other gîtes is also available. Three other gîtes are located on the property: H85G019981, H85G019982, H85G019983. Public parking is 200m away. Electric heating is included.

No washing machine.

Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay; Bed linen rental (2 people): €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.

Additional charges: Tourist tax.
