Description of the accommodation

Cleaning and charges are included in the price.
House raised on basement, completely renovated in the heart of Morgat. The beach and the shops are less than 600m away, everything is doable on foot.
The rental offers on the ground floor: Entrance, living room with TV, dining room, equipped and fitted kitchen (gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker...) which opens onto a 24m² terrace with sun all evening. Still on the ground floor: bathroom with hip bath and bidet, separate WC, bedroom (bed 160 x 200); upstairs: a bedroom (bed 120 x 190), a second bedroom (bed 120 x 190), a third bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190, 1 extra bed), a separate toilet with washbasin, a bathroom ; a cellar with washing machine and dryer with access to a wooded and enclosed garden. Also available: Garden furniture, barbecue, cot, Wifi connection. Pets not allowed.
