Located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, 10 km from Lac des Settons in an exceptional natural setting, this former Morvan farmhouse is situated in a very peaceful location. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped white kitchen, a living room with terracotta tiles, a French-style ceiling, and a large granite fireplace with a wood-burning stove, all opening onto a 35 m² wooden terrace with a large, enclosed 3000 m² garden and breathtaking views of the Morvan. On the first floor: a large bedroom (painted parquet flooring) with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a fireplace. Electric and wood heating are included. There is an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) with a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with exposed beams (two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together and one single bed (90x200 cm)), a shower room, and a toilet. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided. A cot and a high chair are also available. An extra 90x200 cm bed can be added upon request. Telephone available.
