In a small village, this spacious gîte offers you a living room with living room, lounge with fireplace and then a kitchen. Entrance to the accommodation via 3 descending steps. Still on the ground floor: WC, access to the basement with the private laundry room and a games room with table football (shared with another gite). From the living room, access to an outdoor terrace of 56m² adjoining another gite.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be stacked or not. Still upstairs, a bathroom with large shower and WC.
Access to the 1000m² garden via the basement and access to the 11x5m swimming pool via the garden (about 60m away) open from 15/5 to 30/9, to be shared with the other gite. Swimming pool secured by a covered shelter.
