Upstairs: a landing with a relaxation area featuring armchairs and a bookcase, a second shower room (shower, double sink, and toilet), a utility/laundry room, a double bedroom (160x200 cm bed), a second double bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together) and a cot, and a single bedroom (90x190 cm bed). Outside, the enclosed gravel courtyard is divided into two sections: parking (for up to two small cars) and a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, bench, and parasol). Beds are made upon arrival, linens are provided (tea towels and hand towels), and heating and electricity are included. Extra charges apply for towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Firewood is available on site (€5 per basket). Fishing enthusiasts: two boats can be parked in the owner's barn (€5/boat/day). In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, this newly renovated gîte, located in an old house in the center of a quiet village, allows you to enjoy the lakes and forests that are the region's main attraction. All amenities are within approximately 5 km: bakery, supermarket, gas stations, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc. Electric vehicle charging stations are located at the village entrance. Greenways and beaches are nearby. For nature lovers, there's the harbor, sailing, fishing on the lakes, birdwatching, and hiking (the owner can accompany you on your nature outings, subject to availability). An educational farm and local produce shop are 6 km away. The historic medieval city of Troyes, with its museums, stained glass windows, and factory outlets, is approximately 20 km away. Tree climbing is 5 km away, and the Champagne vineyards are 20 km away.
