Located near Beaune and Meursault, this colorful, semi-detached cottage offers beautiful views of the vineyards. The cottage is on the upper floor.

The fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee machine) opens onto a large terrace leading to the living/dining room. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160cm) or two twin beds (80cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160cm), and a third bedroom with four single beds (90cm), two of which are bunk beds. Two sofa beds in the living room provide four additional sleeping spaces (for short stays only). There are two shower rooms and two toilets. Baby equipment is available: a travel cot, changing table, potty, toilet seat reducer, and plastic baby bath.

Parking is available nearby, and there is space for approximately ten motorcycles in the owner's garage, located beneath the cottage. Pets are not allowed.

The large 78 m² terrace offers panoramic views of the rolling vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and the charming village of Auxey-Duresses.

This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.

Nearby: the Hospices de Beaune, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous events throughout the year: Film Festivals, Baroque Music, Garden Tours... Restaurants and wine cellars offering tastings. Hiking, walks along the ramparts or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, and cycling routes through the vineyards from Beaune to Santenay. Discover renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, and Volnay along the Route des Grands Crus.

Electricity and reversible heating with air conditioning are included in the price.
