Located near Beaune and Meursault, this colorful, semi-detached cottage offers beautiful views of the vineyards. The cottage is located upstairs.

The fitted kitchen opens onto a large terrace overlooking the living room. There are two bedrooms: one queen-size bed or two single beds and one queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with four single beds, including two bunk beds. Two sofa beds in the living room offer four additional beds (for short stays only). There are two bathrooms and two toilets. Baby equipment is available: a travel cot, changing table, potty, booster seat, and a plastic bathtub.

Parking is available nearby, and approximately ten motorcycles can be parked in the owner's garage under the cottage. Pets are not allowed.

The large 78 m² terrace offers panoramic views of the rolling vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and the small village of Auxey-Duresses. This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.

Nearby: the Hospices de Beaune, also a World Heritage Site. Numerous events take place throughout the year: film festivals, Baroque music, garden courses, and restaurants and tasting rooms. Hiking, walks along the ramparts or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, and a cycle route through the Beaune vineyards in Santenay. Discover renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, and Volnay along the Route des Grands Crus.

Electricity and reversible heating with air conditioning are included in the rate.

Charges and supplements: Bed linen: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. Towels: €5 per person for the entire stay.
