At Gîte Lanes, which can accommodate 4 people, everyone is welcome! Here, the activities are numerous and close: hiking, villages of Grenade sur l'Adour and St Sever where you will be able to enjoy their municipal swimming pool, their shops and their market... It is in a rural setting, where calm and rest are the key words that you can stay in. Without forgetting Eugénie les Bains, a famous spa resort, which is very close by. A special curist rate is offered to you. Here we will give you the warmest welcome and guide you in the discovery of our beautiful region: good dining addresses, unmissable places to visit... we are waiting for you! In a rural setting, calm guaranteed at the Lanes gîte. Gîte adjoining the owner, fitted out on the ground floor with: - living room,
- kitchen, - bathroom, - 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90). baby bed on request, separate toilet. Electric heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer section, TV, Wifi. Linens provided. Outdoors: garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, swing, badminton. Land partially enclosed by a hedge shared with owners 3000 m² opposite the gîte, private part of 50 m². The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
