Nestled between the towns of Montargis, known as "the Venice of the Gâtinais region," and Sully-sur-Loire with its magnificent château, the "Gîte du Grand Moulin" enjoys an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area. This bright and spacious gîte is ideal for business travelers and families looking for a peaceful getaway. You'll also appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the garden. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining and living room, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two 90x190 cm single beds (a walk-through room leading to the other) and the second with a 140x190 cm double bed with an adjoining toilet and dressing room.

Private enclosed garden. Private parking in front of the house (3 cars).

The pond located next to the cottage is private and not suitable for fishing.
