In Berry, between the Creuse Valley and the rolling countryside of George Sand country, a large manor house with a heated indoor saltwater pool (6.30 x 3.30 meters, 1.20 meters deep) maintained at a constant 28°C, is situated on a working cattle and pig farm.
Extras include a pétanque court, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, soccer goals, and badminton equipment.
Direct sales of farm products are available by reservation from Thursday to Saturday. The property is located near Lake Eguzon, La Châtre, and Argenton-sur-Creuse. Between Cluis and Montchevrier, the house features, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes and a toilet; two spacious living areas, one with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The other room is perfect for relaxing around a beautiful open fireplace, with a large living room and tables for playing cards.
