A few kilometers from the vineyards and Bligny-sur-Ouche, this beautiful, well-restored, detached village house is situated on a raised ground floor.

The spacious living/dining room features a kitchenette with a French-style ceiling and a wood-burning stove. A Philips "L'Or Barista Sublime" pod coffee machine and a filter coffee maker are provided. There are four bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140cm), the second with a queen-size bed (160cm), the third with two single beds (90cm), and the fourth with three single beds (90cm). There is a shower room, a bathroom, and two toilets. Central heating and free firewood are provided.

The property includes a terrace, a large enclosed courtyard, and a total walled garden of 4800 m². Up to five vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in unlocked outbuildings, but the property gate is closed.

The owners welcome a maximum of two pets at no extra charge.

Baby equipment: 2 travel cots, small bathtub, changing mat, stroller, and high chair.
