In the heart of the Auxois region, a 19th-century Burgundian house on two levels, ideal for exploring the area with family.

Ground floor: a charming living room with Burgundy stone flooring, exposed beams, and an inset fireplace, leading to the fully equipped kitchen. A large 35 m² veranda houses the dining room with a lovely view of the garden. One bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together. Shower room with WC.

First floor: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Bathroom with WC. Large landing with a second sitting area providing two additional sleeping spaces on a sofa bed.

Tumble dryer in an outbuilding. Parking in the courtyard in front of the house. Private terrace and enclosed garden of 2500 m² with trees, located at the rear of the house, with a swing. A stroller and two travel cots are available.

The owners offer catering services for an additional fee. Transfers are available from the Montbard and Venarey-les-Laumes train stations. Bicycles are available for loan. Complete baby equipment is provided, including a baby bouncer and stroller. A cooler and ice packs are available for your picnics.

All shops are located in Époisses, 5 km away, famous for its cheese. Nearby attractions include the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the Alésia Museum Park, Fontenay Abbey and the Vézelay Basilica (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the castles of Thil, Bussy-Rabutin, and Époisses, the Buffon Ironworks, the Arcy-sur-Cure Caves, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (one of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its aniseed), and more. The surrounding countryside offers numerous hiking and cycling trails.

End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, firewood, and electricity are included. Pet supplement: €30/stay.
