In the heart of the Ognon Valley, in a village with quality shops (local produce, etc.), near Pesmes (castle, royal house... one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a charming town offering a wide range of sports and leisure activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking on the Way of St. James, cycling routes, the Hugier vineyards, and the "Acorus" water garden in Autoreille. This fully renovated cottage is located in Montagney, adjoining another cottage, in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans, in the heart of a magnificent one-hectare park.

The stay is offered at an all-inclusive rate: beds made upon arrival, utilities included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.

On the ground floor:

– A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room.

– A double sofa bed.

– TV.

– A separate toilet.

Upstairs:

– One bedroom with two 90cm beds.

– One bedroom with a 160cm bed.

– A modern shower room with toilet.

Outside:

– A lovely terrace at the front of the cottage with garden furniture, parasol, and sun loungers.

– One-hectare park.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
