Large lounge with fireplace (4 steps). 5 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility, each with a shower room and toilet), 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, each with a shower room and toilet. 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.

Games room included with table football and ping-pong. The games room is located in the basement.
Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, and small bathtub) upon request.

Courtyard and enclosed garden with pétanque court. Large sheltered terrace with barbecue area. Balcony overlooking the pastures of the Serein Valley and the Morvan hills. Free Wi-Fi. For weekend rentals, check-out is at 4:00 [hidden] Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful hiking trails. A few kilometers away, there's a beach at Panthier Lake, Chamboux Lake, and the village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, labeled one of the most beautiful villages in France. Located in the center of Burgundy's main attractions: Dijon, Beaune, Vezelay, and Autun.

Electricity and cleaning included in the rates.

Bed linens: €6 for a single bed and €12 for a double bed. Towels: €2 per person for the entire stay. Wood/oil central heating according to consumption (€0.11/kWh, calorie counter).

Gîte for a maximum of 15 people, including children AND babies.
