25 km south of Nantes, 10 km from Clisson and 500 m from the Sèvre, this 18th century mill is quietly located, with a breathtaking view of the vineyard.
Enclosed garden of 350 m² with terrace (north) and private unheated swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather (dimensions 5x10m).
Ground floor: separate kitchen, large living room/living room (2 steps) with pellet stove and opening onto the terrace, linen room, shower room and separate WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 90x190 bed.
2nd floor: 1 through bedroom (separation by curtains) with 2 twin beds 90x190.
3rd floor: 1 bedroom with 160X200 bed.
