On a wine estate in the heart of the village of Monnières, 500 m from the Sèvre (fishing, hiking, canoeing, etc.), 8 km from Clisson and 20 km from Nantes, typical gite, adjoining farm buildings. Guest rooms on site (total capacity 14 p.). Private unfenced garden of 100 m² not adjoining (separated by an access path).
Ground floor: living room/living room with fitted open kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed that can be separated + 2 90x190 beds), shower room and separate WC.
