Gite Molesme, 1 bedroom, 2 persons - FR-1-819-1136

In the quiet of a flower-lined lane, in an exposed stone house, enjoy an authentic stay in the northern Côte d'Or, in Molesme, at the crossroads of three departments: Yonne is 12 km away and Aube is 9 km away.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a seating area and dining area. The fireplace promises beautiful cozy evenings by the fire.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, small appliances). There is a coffee machine. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and dishwasher.
A double bedroom (queen-size bed) with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub; the toilet is separate.
The enclosed, flower-filled, rustic garden has garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a gas barbecue. Easy parking is available 100 meters from the house. Secure bicycle storage is available upon request.
The cottage is rented on an all-inclusive basis: beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided, utilities (electricity, heating) are included, as is end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets are welcome (maximum 2) and the grounds are fully enclosed.
Jessica and her husband, passionate winegrowers, offer a charming location on the Crémant de Bourgogne Route and close to the Champagne vineyards.
