Gite Molesme, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-1135

In the quiet of a flower-lined alleyway, in a stone house, enjoy an authentic stay in the northern Côte d'Or, in Molesme, at the crossroads of three departments: Yonne is 12 km away and Aube is 9 km away.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a seating area and dining area. The fireplace promises beautiful cozy evenings by the fire.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, small appliances). There is a coffee bean machine. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and dishwasher.
A double bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with a flat-screen television. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub; the toilet is separate.
Upstairs, two bedrooms are available, one with a 140x200cm bed, the other with two 90x200cm mattresses forming a king-size bed. They feature a flat-screen TV (NETFLIX subscription), a minibar, a courtesy tray, and a walk-in closet. There is a shower room with a toilet.
The enclosed, flower-filled, rustic garden features garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a gas barbecue. Easy parking is available 100 meters from the house. Secure bicycle storage is available upon request.
The house's beautiful vaulted cellar will be your refuge in case of extreme heat.
The cottage is rented on an all-inclusive basis: beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided, utilities (electricity, heating) are included, as is end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets are welcome (maximum 2) and the grounds are fully enclosed. Jessica, a passionate winemaker, offers a charming address on the Crémant de Bourgogne Wine Route, close to the Champagne vineyards.
