50 km from Nantes, 75 km from Angers and 80 km from Rennes, farmhouse adjoining the owner's house, located in the countryside. Enclosed garden of 250 m² with terrace with climbing frame, slide and sandbox, and trampoline in front of the gite.
Ground floor: large living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, shower room, separate WC and boiler room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x190 beds, 3: 2 twin 90x200 beds), shower room, separate WC. Additional equipment: internet access, freezer compartment, radio, baby equipment.
Included: sheets, electricity, household linen.
Not included: oil heating (15€/day), bathroom linen, wood. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (90€). Animals: €100 deposit.
