It features a fully equipped kitchen with stairs to the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). There is a shower room with a toilet and an additional separate toilet on the ground floor. Central heating is provided by mains gas (metered). Wi-Fi and telephone are available. The enclosed courtyard (70m²) has artificial grass, a sun lounger, a marble table, chairs, and a built-in barbecue. A veranda with a small wicker lounge area is also included. A garage is provided. Firewood is included. There is a shared swing with a neighboring gîte. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. All shops are within walking distance. A folding cot and high chair are available for babies. Parking is provided. New for your well-being: a shared spa (25m away) is available upon request, including an infrared sauna (quartz & magnesium), a hammam, and a walk-in shower.
