We offer a charming 2-star rated house, ideal for up to 6 people.

Located just 150 meters from the beach, nestled between dunes and forests, this house is the perfect starting point for exploring the enchanting landscapes of Mimizan and enjoying numerous nearby activities: surfing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, as well as the Maillouheyre hiking trail, tennis courts, pétanque courts, bullrings, and various restaurants, bars, and shops.
The house features a living/dining room with a television, and a spacious, separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). You will also find a bedroom with two 90cm beds, as well as two additional bedrooms with 140cm beds. The bathroom has a shower (the bathtub shown in the photos is no longer available) and a separate toilet for added comfort.

Outside, enjoy a lovely terrace and a garden where you can park your vehicle in complete privacy.
