BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms with ample wardrobes and air conditioning/heating. The master
bedroom has a 180 x 200 double bed, an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to
the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 190 which are
together and can be separated if necessary and a sliding door to the terrace.
The third bedroom has a sliding door to the terrace and two 90 x 200 single
beds which can be put together or separated. A cot and high chair are available
on request.

BATHROOMS
There are three bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a
bathroom cabinet with sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. The second bathroom has
a bathtub and a separate shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet. The
third bathroom has a shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet.

TERRACE
Large partly covered terrace orientated on the south with sunscreens, terrace
table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds and 2 sun chairs.

SWIMMING POOL
Communal swimming pool with sun terrace and showers. Sunbeds can be taken from
the house to the pool as long as they are taken back.
The pool is normally open all year, however they may sometimes need to close
the pool for maintanance.

PARKING
Communal parking area in front of the apartment.

CAR
To fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings we recommend you to rent a car, and
but as there is a bus stop at just 200 meters you can also choose to use the
public transport.
