The bedroom has a double bed of 180 x 200, plenty of wardrobe space, air
conditioning, electric shutters and direct access to the terrace. The ensuite
bathroom includes a bathtub, separate shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and
hairdryer. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The large terrace faces south, east and west. Here you can enjoy the sun all

terrace and beautifully landscaped subtropical gardens with water features. The
complex is fully gated and has 24 hour security. The pool is normally open from
mid June until the end of September. Dates may vary slightly each season.

A supermarket, bar, restaurant and bus stop to Fuengirola are just 400 metres
away. Los Amigos Beach Club is 550 metres away. Fuengirola can be reached in
about 10 minutes by car. Here you will find Miramar shopping centre, the
marina, promenade, restaurants and several attractions. Malaga and Marbella are
about 25 minutes away by car. El Chaparral Golf Club is only a few minutes away.
