Charming little detached house located in the heart of the village, on a quiet square, facing a passable ford, just a stone's throw from the river. The cottage comprises a living room with a sofa (bed available)/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) (cot and high chair available upon request), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Enclosed grounds, garden furniture, deckchairs, a barbecue, and a covered shelter. Accessibility: 3 steps to access the cottage. 2 mountain bikes are available for loan. 2 quiet pets are welcome. 1 parking space is available in front of the cottage.
Grocery store (100m), restaurant (Le Moulin de Corneil, 200m), bakery (200m), miniature golf, tennis, park (Jardin Ribaudin, 200m), and a category 1 river (fishing) in the village.
Gîte located near Saint-Fargeau with its castle, old farmhouse, and historical show in summer, Saint-Sauveur (Colette's birthplace and museum), the medieval Guédelon shipyard, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, a pottery village, and also close to Toucy and its famous Saturday market. Located 30 minutes from Auxerre, 1 hour from Chablis and its vineyards, and 1 hour 10 minutes from Vézelay, the eternal hill.
