The cottage has a large living room opening onto the outside and composed of an equipped kitchen area, a dining area, a living room with TV and DVD player, a sofa bed, a separate toilet with washbasin, 2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200) and a bathroom with large extra flat shower tray, sink and toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a 100 m² terrace overlooking nature with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, lawned and wooded areas with a children's swing, volleyball/badminton/football and pétanque court. Private parking on site. Beds will be made upon your arrival, linens will be provided. Heating and electricity will be included in the price of your stay. However, towels are an additional option (5 €/person). For a few essential purchases, you'll find a vending machine selling bread and fresh produce in the village. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 minutes from Nigloland and Bar-sur-Aube, come stay in the "Le Grand Clos" cottage, a spacious single-story house accessible to people with reduced mobility and located below the owners' Champagne tasting/sales shop (upon request, the passionate winegrower owners will be happy to share their craft with you). During your stay, you'll be assured of peace and quiet while enjoying the lush greenery and surrounding nature of a 7,000 m² park.
