Burgundy cottage near Nuits-Saint-Georges

This gîte is certified "Vineyard and Discovery" and "Cyclist Welcome." If you're planning a cycling trip through Burgundy and the Côte d'Or (the Burgundy Cycling Tour, the Wine Route, etc.), or if you'd like a break near Nuits-Saint-Georges, in a small village in the Hautes-Côtes, the "Villa Modeliacus" gîte, adjoining the owners' house, offers: Access via an external staircase: a fully equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast bar, opening onto a small covered terrace. Upstairs, there's a lounge area on the landing, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and TV, one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together and TV, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is available. A lovely 7x3 meter swimming pool, shared with the owners, is heated from May to September (weather permitting). There's also a terrace with sun loungers and private parking in the courtyard (for up to two cars). Washing machine and freezer available upon request from the owners. Baby cot and high chair available upon request.
