On the ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed), shower room/toilet (walk-in shower), and pantry. Upstairs: mezzanine recreation room, one bedroom (two single beds), shower room, and toilet. Enclosed terrace and access to the lawned garden. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available. This cottage is suitable for accompanied disabled guests. Additional charges: electricity (including heating): €30/week from October 1 to April 30. For business trips: 3 people maximum / linens and cleaning required. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards 3 km away, marked and wooded trails starting from the cottage. 15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 of the A5. Comfortable cottage, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a grain farm.
