On the ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed), shower room/WC (walk-in shower), pantry. Upstairs: mezzanine relaxation area, one bedroom (two single beds), shower room, WC. Enclosed terrace and access to the lawned garden. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available. This cottage is suitable for people with disabilities when accompanied. Bed linen is available for an extra charge: €10 per bed, towels: €5 per person, end-of-stay cleaning: €70 per stay. (Additional charges: electricity (including heating: €30/week from October 1st to April 30th). For business trips: maximum 3 people / bed linen and cleaning are mandatory. 15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 of the A5 motorway. Comfortable cottage, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a grain farm. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards 3 km away, marked and wooded trails starting from the cottage.
