You will have access to a kitchen with a dining area and a living room. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (1 double, 3 twin, 1 triple) sleeping 11, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a gravel area for outdoor dining, as well as a grassy area for children to enjoy! Bed linens are provided and utilities are included. Two studios located on the ground floor of the building (each accommodating 2 people) can be added to this gîte, provided that the maximum occupancy is not exceeded by 15 people. The living room can accommodate larger groups by adjusting the layout of the dining room, which is originally designed for 11 people. Just a short walk from the gîte, take advantage of your stay to discover the educational farm where nearly 150 animals live. A security deposit is required upon arrival, or a credit card imprint will be taken if booking through Gîtes de France Aube. Located 30 km from Troyes and 15 km from Romilly-sur-Seine, this gîte is part of a farmhouse (which also includes two studios) and situated in the Seine Valley, in a village surrounded by water.

The price includes: Heating and bed linen.

The price does not include: End-of-stay cleaning, tourist tax, and towels.
