In the heart of the Boischaut Sud region of Berry, stay in an authentic 19th-century train station, converted into a gîte for 13 people. This unique property has retained the elegance and features of its railway past, while offering modern amenities for your comfort. An above-ground swimming pool (5.50 m x 3.50 m, 1.40 m deep), open from June to September, is at your disposal. On the ground floor:

- 40 m² living room with a pellet stove,

- 15 m² lounge with TV,

- 14 m² fully equipped kitchen,

- separate WC,

- direct access to the terrace overlooking the platform and to the garden,

- bedroom for 2 people (180 cm bed or 2 single beds) with accessible bathroom facilities.

Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms, each 22 m², for two people (queen-size bed - cot available), with private bathrooms,
- One flexible family room of 24 m², accommodating up to seven people - TV and DVD player, children's games,
- One shower room with toilet, adjoining the family room and which can be made private.

Exterior:

- Terrace on the quayside (disused railway line) with views of the surrounding countryside ("Boucheurs Berrichonnes")

- Enclosed 500 m² garden with children's play equipment, a secure enclosed bathing area, a trampoline, and an unenclosed 500 m² garden with soccer goals, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, etc.

- Summer lounge

All-inclusive rate (end-of-stay cleaning, heat pump heating, linens, towels, and made beds)
Parking in front of the cottage.
Pets are welcome at a rate of €5 per stay per pet. The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible thanks to adapted openings. In addition, one double bedroom (23 m²) is equipped to meet accessibility standards and has its own private bathroom.
