Welcome to "GITE LA TANIERE" located in Merry-la-Vallée, near Toucy (89).

This magnificent, fully renovated farmhouse, built in keeping with traditional methods, offers modern comforts in a traditional setting.

Gourmet restaurant just steps away!

Large living room, fully equipped kitchen, lounge opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (six single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, 160x190 cm) and two bathrooms (shower and bathtub) with toilets. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the mezzanine, there is a sofa bed for two people.

The property is enclosed.

This is a private, independent cottage adjoining the owner's property.

Private parking is available under the barn.

Smoking is not permitted.

Optional extras: cleaning (€75), bed linen (€15/person), and towels (€7/person). Electric heating and electricity (billed according to consumption).

Pets are accepted under certain conditions, with prior agreement from the owner (€10/day).

We are flexible regarding arrival and departure times and dates, the length of stay, and any other customized requests in consultation with the owner.
