Spacious living room with kitchenette and small dishwasher (sleeps 4-6). Two bedrooms (two double beds). Shower room. Toilet. Private courtyard and shared, unfenced garden of 1000 m². Parking. Storage room. Covered shelter. No Wi-Fi.

Tennis court and children's playground 200 m away. Folding cot and high chair available. Two pets allowed with an additional security deposit.

Nearby attractions: Beaune, Meursault. Cycle path linking Merceuil to Beaune to connect to the cycle route

through the vineyards from Beaune to Santenay and the Cissey-Merceuil cycle path to connect to the Chalon Green Way. Etangs d'Or walking trail in Merceuil. Beaune beach area: 14,000 m² of beaches, four natural swimming pools, a unique climbing wall (the only one of its kind in France), and a restaurant area.
