A truly relaxing stay, nestled between unspoiled nature and hidden heritage... a breath of fresh air in the heart of the Brenne region! From the road, you have direct access to the large living area with a lounge and eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom, and a toilet.

On the first floor, a large landing with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a shower room, and a toilet.

Outside, a private, enclosed courtyard with parking for two vehicles, a covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors in all weather, and a gas barbecue. The grounds are currently being landscaped.

Next door is a convenience store (bar, newsagent, petrol station, snacks).

Optional: A supplement of €10 per person per night applies for each additional person (sleeping on the sofa bed). The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
