Living/dining room with TV, internet access, sofa, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, superb terrace of over 20 m² offering stunning views of the sea and the old town, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a separate shower room with toilet. WIFI, bed linen and towels included. Spacious, secure, private garage and swimming pool in the residence.
