A spacious living/dining room with TV, fiber optic internet access opening onto the terrace and garden, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with closets, 2 bathrooms, and a garage are at your disposal. Its main attraction is that it's a 5-minute walk from the beaches and the town center with its local shops (bakeries, supermarket, restaurants (Chinese, kebab, Belgian, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, etc.), rotisserie, cafes, pharmacy, etc.). The train station is about a 15-minute walk (850 meters), and the bus is 3 minutes away. Wi-Fi is included, and bed linen and towels are provided.
