Located in a small village in the Auxois region, close to all shops and numerous tourist attractions, the "La Ménétrière" cottage offers: a ground floor adapted for people with reduced mobility (accessible from the outside) comprising: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, open to the living room with wood-burning stove, games table, library, board games, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together, plus a sofa bed. 1 bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment available on request: travel cot, high chair. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in a separate, enclosed area.

Outside: Covered terrace with shade sail, garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit, lounge area, pétanque court, bicycle storage. The cottage is located near a busy road (no noise disturbance inside). Pets are welcome upon request. Private parking, reinforced outlet for charging electric vehicles (slow charging). A secure storage area for motorcycles is available (motorcycle-friendly cottage). Parking for 4 cars is available in the courtyard.
