MENDIONDE - C609 - Detached house that can accommodate up to 8 people, at the entrance to the village of Mendionde, just 30 minutes from the Basque side, this beautiful residence will be ideal for holidays with family or friends. Enjoy the 2,040m² garden and the view of the Basque mountains.
Ground floor offering 1 large bedroom (160cm bed), with adjoining dressing room - Bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC. Large living room with TV adjoining the open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). Laundry room with washing machine and garden equipment (barbecue, deckchairs, etc.). Floor offering a library area (board games, etc.) with small balcony. 3 large bedrooms with 160 cm beds and a shower room with WC.
INTERNET ACCESS - PETS NOT ALLOWED
From May to the end of July and from September to the end of October: additional room option for an additional fee from the agency (150€ per week)
House for 8 people in August (4 bedrooms open)
Bed and bathroom linen are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be left clean (possibility of providing a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us what they believe is not compliant, or what our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. The latter will show that everything is working and that no degradation is to be deplored. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be canceled (CB) or returned canceled (check), after the effective departure of the tenants.
