Nestled in a village nestled in the hollow of a valley in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, this detached house, adjoining another gîte, is spread over two levels and belongs to a winegrowing couple. It features a kitchen-living room. Four bedrooms, three of which have a 140cm bed each, and the fourth has a 140cm bed and two 90cm beds. (One child's bed and one baby crib are available). Two bathrooms. Two toilets. Oil-fired heating. A 70m² private enclosed courtyard.
Beautiful scenery on the heights of the village. Supermarkets are located in Beaune, 15 km away. There is a bakery in the village.
Wood, heating, bed linen, cleaning fee, and towels are included in the rates. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
