Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine (2 queen-size beds, 2 double beds, 2 single beds). Baby equipment: 2 baby beds (one with bars and one umbrella), a high chair, and a bathtub. Shower room. Toilet. Fully unfenced, quiet grounds of 450 m². Shelter. Private, enclosed parking. Maximum 1 pet allowed.
2-night stays upon request from the owners. Shops in Aignay-le-Duc, 5 km away. Discover: the Châtillon region and the Haute Côte-d'Or, its museum and its treasure of Vix in Châtillon-sur-Seine, the Ampélopsis wine center, the Sources de la Douix, the MuséoParc Alésia. Walks in the beautiful Châtillon forests on hiking trails or mountain bike trails. The Crémant Route and Champagne vineyards are nearby. In Origny, 5 km away, there is a cheese dairy where you will find the famous Epoisses AOP Fermier made with raw milk.

Charges and supplements: (cannot be booked online - book directly with the owner). Linen rental: €12 per person. End-of-stay cleaning: €120. Additional cleaning required for pets: €30. Oil heating according to a daily rate of €20 to €26 per day depending on the period. Wood: €40. Electricity according to meter reading (8 kWh per day included in the price).

Please note that a video surveillance camera is installed at the entrance, outside the cottage. It is deactivated when the cottage is rented.
