Ground floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 140cm), bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed and 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), and 1 large dormitory-style bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds) with a mezzanine (1 double bed). Baby equipment: 2 cots (one with bars and one travel cot), a high chair, and a baby bath. Shower room. WC. The property is located on a quiet, unfenced plot of 450m². Shelter. Private, gated parking. Maximum 1 pet allowed.
Stays of 2 nights are available upon request to the owners. Shops are 5km away in Aignay-le-Duc. Discover: the Châtillonnais region and the Upper Côte-d'Or, its museum and the Vix Treasure in Châtillon-sur-Seine, the Ampélopsis wine center, the Sources de la Douix springs, and the Alésia Museum Park. Enjoy walks in the beautiful Châtillonnais forests on hiking trails or mountain bike routes. The Crémant wine route and Champagne vineyards are nearby. In Origny, 5 km away, you'll find a cheese factory where you can purchase the famous Epoisses AOP Fermier cheese made with raw milk.

Oil heating: daily rate of €20 to €26 depending on the season. Firewood: €40. Electricity: metered (8 kWh per day included in the price).

Please note that a CCTV camera is installed at the entrance, outside the cottage. It is deactivated when the cottage is rented.
