Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Berry region, just 5 minutes from the charming town of Le Blanc, this peaceful residence welcomes you to the Domaine des Petites Agés. Ideally located at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Natural Park and near the Poitou region, it offers an enchanting setting where absolute tranquility reigns.

Located at the end of a quiet road, this estate is a true haven of peace, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere and let yourself be soothed by the gentle murmur of the surrounding nature. The cottage is located in a renovated farmhouse and includes parking, a large shared garden with another cottage, and a private terrace.

Ground floor: First living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV area.

Second large living room (40 m²) with dining area and lounge in front of the fireplace. One bedroom for three people (one double bed and one single bed) with en-suite shower room/WC (walk-in shower - formerly certified for people with reduced mobility). Separate WC. Laundry room.

Upstairs: Five bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC: one bedroom for four people (one double bed and two single beds), one bedroom with two single beds, and three bedrooms with one double bed each.
