Nestled in a beautiful natural setting, it's less than a 5-minute walk from the center of Maussane, local producers, gourmet restaurants, and the vibrant village atmosphere! This contemporary house boasts spacious rooms, ensuring each room benefits from grandeur, light, and ample room. With 222 m² of living space, the ground floor features a large 80 m² open-plan living area combining a kitchen, living room, and dining room; a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub); two separate toilets; a cloakroom; and an office area. Upstairs, there are three suites, each with its own separate toilet. On the garden side, two highlights will irresistibly entice you to fully enjoy the outdoor space: a 10 x 4 meter swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture, and a 249 m² main terrace, the perfect spot for meals, card games, and more. Cooling flooring is available on the ground floor, and air conditioning is provided in the upstairs bedrooms.
Cleaning and linens are included. A fixed sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the tenant fails to take out the trash, if the house is left in a deplorable condition compared to the check-in inventory, or if any linens are missing.
There is a €100 surcharge for Sunday arrivals/departures.
Tourist tax is not included in the price (€4.40 x number of adults x number of nights). Security deposit: €3,000, payable by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before arrival.
