Equipped for 3/4 people: A 140 cm sofa bed in the living room and two 90 cm extra beds in the cabin (only one can be installed in the cabin; the second must be placed in the main room). Equipped kitchen, a loggia with a full sea view, bathroom with WC.

Additional Services: Towels and sheets available for rent on request, payment on-site, optional paid cleaning service. Pets are not allowed.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.

The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.
