Upstairs, a spacious landing leads to a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), and a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.

It is 500m from a shopping area, 200m from the Loire à Vélo cycle route and the opportunity to explore the ducal city of Nevers, and 20 minutes from the Magny-Cours race track and the Apremont floral park. Numerous leisure activities are available nearby (bowling, treetop adventure courses, casino, etc.), and vineyards are 30km away (La Charité-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Sancerre).
