250m from the beach, small semi-detached holiday home in a residence with a pool and close to the beach.
On the ground floor: living room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning.
Kitchen area (microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric coffee maker...), high table with stools.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a folding bed for one people, shower, sink, and toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture and awning. Private parking.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
Pool (7m x 3m) open July and August, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
The residence has a pool. However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Internet minibox per week : 39 €.
- Housekeeping (option) : 60 €.
- Sheet rental per bed/week : 14 €.
- Towel rental per person/week : 10 €.
